We were comfortable and well rested upon leaving for our morning flight.

the bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and quiet.

The room was only set up for 2 guests when we specifically stated there would be 3 adults. The staff did act quickly to correct the situation. We were surprised that we were not provided any information about onsite dining or other amenities.

Would only stay again if exhibiting at the Toronto Congress Centre again. Otherwise not.

The manager and the bellman were great to deal with, very friendly and understanding. Free airport shuttle on the half hours can take you to Terminal 1 where you can hop the train to Union Station downtown if you don't have a vehicle.

The airport is directly under the approach to a pair of runways to Pearson International. As it is a very busy airport that means aircraft are constantly flying overhead, disrupting sleep. I had to get the hotel to move me from a southern-facing suite to a northern one which was MUCH quieter. There was still airplane noise and din from the highway but it was much more manageable. Also had many disruptions from rowdy guests due to a conference of students staying; not the hotel's fault but be aware this is a convention hotel. The rooms have been updated to a modern look, but are showing their age. This is most noticeable in the bathrooms where tiles are cracked and grout and silicone are showing signs of mold and mildew (minor). My original room had several hairs left over from a previous guest, and in my new room one of the fresh towels was left in the bathroom with a big black hair attached to it. Upon numerous complaints, the best the hotel did for me was a pair of vouchers for a free coffee and food item at their in-house Starbucks. I was expecting better, especially for the rates.

Disappointing but okay- not sure if I will return to this hotel.

Room was very comfortable and breakfast was great.

Front desk was disorganized with my paid reservation; they overcharged my family for breakfast when it was already included. There was a glitch in their system when they charged us an additional $100 on top of the $200 deposit- this caused us to have a lower budget for the trip than expected, its unfortunate. But other than paperwork, room was tidy and the space was nice. Parking was easy.
