We enjoyed our weekend.

Great location for the Richmond Folk Festival. Comfortable bed and good shower. We were so pleased to learn there was an EV charger.

Over $1000 for two nights was quite expensive. Long wait for the one charging station for our EV since the owner didnt move her car after it was fully charged. Then it didnt work at first and needed to be reset by a staff member.

Honestly, not much. The front desk staff were nice.

We were above the air conditioning units which made the room incredibly loud. The room was also not very comfortable and quite depressing. The location is a bit dreary.

The one good thing of this hotel is the young staff member who's studying to become an EMT.

Nu lunch. No fridge in my room. No clarity on the fee for the garage. Old chipped furniture.

Location was fabulous. The staff stupendous. Clean as a whistle. Not enough money on hand to make change.

No maintenance at the swimming pool area; price too high (I'm staying in this hotel on regular basis since more than 10 yeas and rooms are always same ... were already old 10 years ago)
