Disappointing

The location is closed to beach and easy to access. Breakfast was nice with variety of food choice.

We were given room which was full of bugs and furniture were worn out. I ask front office to change the room for a better one and finally got just better than room before.

Okay and value for money

1)They provide prayer mat. 2)Easy access to the beach and pool 3)Car park with roof 4)value for money

1)facilities quite old 2)no beach activities causing the beach atmosphere become bit quiet.(im stay on sunday-tuesday) 3)pool ticket need to pay RM7 for kids and RM10 for adult.however,they provide 4 tickets free. 4)TV channels limited and not very clear.

Complaints on Resort conditions

Food was well cooked. Steam boat nicely prepared. Thanks for nice deserts prepared by F&B team. However need staff need to give more attention to update guests requests.

Room 141 entrance floor condensation, aircond leaking , walls got scratches probably from previous guests stay, floor tile got crack, ceiling below aircond got mold, bathroom door no hook, shower not draining properly. HK team did not change old towels after servicing the rooms next day. We need to call HK staff and ask for new towels. Room 143 round table shaky, wifi signal very weak and cannot connect. Called ' 0 ' operator and complained about wifi and they said will ask IT to check next day however still same and no one came and checked. Resort maintenance team need to do room preventive maintenance and HK need to inspect the arrival rooms before releasing to guests.
