Staff was really lovely and nice.

The room walls are so thin that you think other people are in the room with you. It was terrifying to wake up in the middle of the night feeling like someone was standing over you as a solo traveler. Also, the room was very old, outdated, and not cleaned super well. There were even parrot stickers on the glass leading out to the balcony. What was sold and it what it was was different.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

The room we had was very nice and clean. We had plenty of room and very comfortable.

The only issue was the pool being closed.

Location was great, room was very clean. Didn't have a chance to use the facility.

The noise from outside in the hall was very loud,also from the adjacent rooms.

Great stay, would like to come back.

The location, the front desk staff were very nice. Pool is really nice and ordered food from the cafe and it was yummy. Loved the tub inside the room.

I liked the proximity to where I wanted/needed to go during my stay in Orlando. I have stayed at this resort before and the staff is super friendly, the facility is super nice, and it's convenient getting to and from.

The only minor complaint I have about the resort is the same for me as I have stayed here at this resort several times. The electrical outlets are very weak. Chargers for devices do not seem to work or charge. Otherwise everything else about the resort is a home run.

Disappointing

So many things not working properly. Not worth what we paid.

Beds were cozy. Quiet area , staff nice

Our shower was not working properly, and pool was shut down first day of stay. Maintenance guy never showed to check on shower so Changed rooms to get a working shower, but then Fridge and microwave stopped working randomly, spoiling our food. So many inconveniences and issues.
