The location only
First of all the room was very cold and the thermostat wasn't working, the staff wasn't friendly or helpful. The bed sheets were so light and not cozy, they were summery sheets. I already booked a room with Time Square view and it was a gift, and the staff told me in front of the person who's the gift is for! That she upgraded me to Time square view which made me look bad and as if she did us a favour????? While I paid more money for it!!! It was the weirdest thing ever happened to me

Clean and comfortable.
The location was good.
Shower was poor, couldnt move it and the temperature was hard to get right. No one advised New Years Eve, not to go out as you wouldnt be able to get back in to the hotel. Not good when with children. Facilities such as restaurant werent open.

It was good and we had fun in the Times Square area. No serious complaints. Staff were great.
Location was great and the room was nice.
No microwave or refrigerator and limited complimentary beverages in the room.
