Loved our time in Wanaka

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay. Very nice location of the house, in a peaceful neighborhood. The house provided everything we needed. And our host Matthew was very accommodating and helpful.

Very good

Great place for skiing holiday. The place has all you need (except laundry but there is alternative option). Good value

Clean and spacious. Value for money. Sufficient hot water for good shower after skiing. Lots kitchen tool for cooking needs. Apple TV is a good way for after dinner relaxing. Owner is very detailed and caring - he ordered hair dryer prior our arrival coz we requested for it.

Property does not have laundry facility. However owner offers to do laundry using his washing machine. Be mindful there is 10pm curfew and residents need to reduce voice volume (we were watching FIFA and got told to reduce volume). For group of friends, its more ideal to head into bar in the town if wanna have late night laugh and chat.

Great stay in the lakes and mountain region.

Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. Views of the mountains. Quiet attractive residential road. Driving distance to some of NZs great treks.

Loved our time here. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in quiet residential neighbourhood with beautiful views. Super clean with very comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything we needed. Matthew was a great host!

Second floor balcony was nice but really needed some chairs to make it more useful.

Property was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need and more. Beds and furniture comfortable and well maintained. Location is excellent, just a short drive to the centre of Wanaka

Overall a comfortable place to stay but does not suit family if you require laundry

it is in a good location

There is no laundry inside the property. The male host offers to wash client's laundary for the client as he lives behind the property. There is no ski storage area, you may either leave inside your vehicle or leave them outside the house (road frontage house). The host requires guest open all curtains (no netting) and windows during the day for ventilation purpose. It is cold during winter.

We had a great stay and would certainly return at the next opportunity. Clean, warm, sunny and very well-maintained house with nice views towards the mountains. Nice garden in front and the balcony to sit on, in the afternoon sunshine. The owner lives in his own flat attached to the house, with separate entrance from the main entrance for the guests, we did not know this until we arrived (or might have missed it in the description), Matthew met us and told us about it. It did not affect us in anyway.
