Pool and hot tub

Hotel needs to be updated. Housekeeping needs to do better. I got 2 rooms so my kids had their own room. They emptied my garbage but didn't make the bed. They didn't even come to my kids room at all.

They take your money for nothing. Stay away.

Hated the place.

I cancelled this booking on booking.com while it was free to cancel. The property still charged me for it, and I've been going back and forth with the property and booking.com since then, and nobody bothers to even answer.

Don't stay at Marriott

Evan and cassidy the staff at the bar are your star people. You should promote both

The tall woman at the desk tells me to wait for my room,and forgot about me. I waited over an hour. Please don't tell me your hotel is busy. Its filled with air line staff. The chairs was ripped, the grout was yellow, the tile was cracked the wall paper was coming off. The decor is late 70s early 80s. Its sad looking hotel & a rip off. For 300 a night! Its ok will never book Marriott again. Your name use to mean beautiful rooms, a great place to stay. Now its a cheap hotel

The tall woman at the desk didn't care about the customer. My mother had to wait over an hour for her room? Why? The room itself looked like the rugs needed to be shamppo. The chair was ripped, the wallpaper in the bathroom was bubbled, and the tile was cracked. Are you kidding? 300 a night! Never staying in a Marriott again. And word of mouth is better than any advertising that you can do. What a rip off
