Everyone was great !!

We arrived early and we got to check in!!! We didnt think we were going to be able too!! Everyone was very nice!!!the valet gentleman was so quick!!!

The stay was fantastic and we will be staying every couple months when we return to see my nephew

The location was fantastic for our needs.. the staff was excellent and super helpful. Parking was easy and affordable.. rooms are very spacious

The air conditioning was a little loud but tolerable .. not having a continental breakfast was a surprise

Walk out of the Courtyard and into the Pinnacle

One block away from the Pinnacle arena which is located in the historic Haymarket district, home to dozens of bars and restaurants.

It's a little pricey but competitive for its' location.

Nice hotel but overpriced

Excellent location, attentive staff, well maintained property and rooms. The hotel itself is a perfectly acceptable mid-tier property.

Given the nightly rate (comparable to similar rooms in major metropolitan areas such as Chicago, Dallas or Los Angeles), I was shocked by the number of hidden fees. Literally everything but the room itself - parking, decent wifi, breakfast, you name it. These fees quickly add $25-30 per day to the bill.

Loved our stay!

The staff were very professional, helpful and very nice! The hotel was clean and comfortable! Loved the pool, hot tub and the firepit with lights! Perfect location!
