It was good friendly staff , clean bathrooms

Medical staff should be quick , there was no dustbin covers , the potatoes chips tin to be replaced by some easy access containers, there should be basic first aid kits in every room

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff.

Food was very good. Chef's interaction with guests was good.

Restaurant staff need to be more attentive. Need to ensure that all tables have sugar, salt and pepper. On two separate occasions, pepper was missing from our table. Pepper was missing in the next two tables too which were not occupied.

Connect with us on insta for travel & Food insights @vibrant_wanderer_rhythm Albeit Courtyard is a budget/ business arm of Marriott the service standards have impressed us immensely. Alok at Front office welcomed us with smiles, customer relations humbly checked with us if all was well and even assisted us with the request for specific toiletry. Cinnamon Terrace is their newly opened roof top restaurant and it is the BEST in town, in terms of service, food, ambience, live music and prices. Hemanta curates bespoke cocktails and they are a must try. The breakfast buffet has a wide spread. Saurav & Amresh provided attentive table service. Meghna greeting with her smile would ensure she gives the perfect made eggs as you like it. The sous chefs would personally visit the table and check if all is well and if any special requests. That added a personal touch to our experience. A special mention of the housekeeping team as well, they added personal touches to the room with different sublet petal decor and also a personalized note. The experience exceeded our expectations and we would HIGHLY Recommend the stay without any doubt. We even extended our trip. Enjoy

Due to some unexpected hick-ups on our journey, we re-routed and booked very short notice at The Courtyard by Marriott in Siliguri. We had an excellent stay with perfect service! We LOVED the breakfast buffet. The senior chef asked the day before, what specials we would appreciate the most. And he placed them ALL on the buffet. This was not a breakfast, but a feast :-). We very much enjoyed our holiday, wich was tuned from sorrow into joy. Thank you to the The Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri team. Special thanks to Espriti, Insuna and the pastry chefs ;-). The manager personally came to introduce himself and ask if everything is fine. At the end we even got a bon-voyage-cake, before departing to the hills.

Extremely disappointing

Some staff are courteous and hospitable. Hotel works as a 3 star property for transit

Slow reception desks, awful restaurant staff shouting loudly to each other, total mismanagement in restaurant, stale/ or empty dishes at breakfast buffet with my table randomly allocated to others. Complete lack of service and professionalism, even though there are few well meaning staff around. Previous quality of food has been better but maybe that was the exception or result of empty facility at the time.

Superb

Good property we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The facility, cleanliness and the food. The F&B team and Kitchen team at Siliguri Kitchen Restaurant were too good (both food and service). The small Bon voyage cake was an icing on it.

The Front Office team/ Reservation is not clear and candid. Made me move around. The House Keeping team didnt fill up the towels and others in my other guest rooms. We had to call every time to get it done.
