My stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

There was nothing I didn't like. My room was great and clean and the food there was great also! I always enjoy my stay there. Not to mention the staff is always friendly and helpful and the mall is right there!

I have no complaints. Everything was good and I will defiantly stay there again.

Wonderful hotel.

We liked the location, especially knowing that the mall is a 2 minute walk away. The staff is friendly, especially Eduardo. The hotel is very nice and clean.

This hotel definitely need to change their sofa beds. They are not comfortable. The springs are noticeable. Otherwise, everything was good.

Disappointing

Nice place to rest close to the Dolphin Mall and Airport, but with a Racist Staff Member Eduardo

The hotel is at walking distance from the Dolphing Mall, the bed is comfortable and almost all the staff is awesome, but for me what I didn't like weights more. for the 1st time ever I've been victim of racism and it was with one of the staff members called Eduardo, I'm really surprised.

I was treated disrespectfull by Eduardo who is one of the staff member of the front desk. He questioned me about the layout of the information printed in my B.C. Driver's license and he told me that it was fake not only with a bad tone, but with a very disrespectfull non verbal communication. For the context I've hispanic background as I legally own a Canadian Driver's License. I reported this incident and the hotel said that they will talk to Eduardo.

I was very disappointed

I love the location, situated right next to a mall. Friendly Edwador at check in.

The place was not clean. Keep finding hair in our bed. We didn't get the room booked up on arrival (but was refunded for that). Tub had rust stains in it. It was nothing like our last visit it was just worst.

It was great , will definitely be booking another trip!

The location was ideal for shopping at Dolphin Mall . I like how close it was to the mall as I was able to walk back and forth to get my shopping done . The staff were very friendly and helpful.
