The hotel was clean and all staff were great friendly

We were in room 517. Our ac was not working properly. It only cooled to 74. We called and was told they would move us but it was 10pm. They said the manager would contact us next day. We were never contacted. When we returned stopped by desk and they sent up electric guy he pulled off ac cover and said turn off its frozen left. We turned off took hair dryer and for 40 min tried to defrost. The coils needed to be cleaned.. it's now 79 in the room so we put the ac back on got it back down to 74. The front desk called and offered another room but it was 8pm and we were leaving in the morning. Manger never reached out to us.

We have stayed here about three times before, it was one of our favorite places to stay. However this time was not as expected. The first room we got had no Internet signal and no streaming service. The faucet was also broken and the water was gushing out the faucet and splashing everywhere, with the slightest turn of the tap. Rm 232 the second Rm 226 had ants on the side of the bed tables (someone had to spray the room) and.the AC was extremely loud especially at night when the compressor turned on and everything else was quiet. We only realized that Rm 232 was missing the makeup mirror when we found one in Rm 226. We did not ask to change rooms again because we were only there for the weekend. The standard has dropped so quickly in about 4 years.

The room was clean as always and the bed was comfortable.. I always like how quickly you can get to your room from the parking garage.

No Internet, no assistance!!

Not much!

When we checked in our Wi-Fi wasnt working in our room but working in the lobby. We were told server was down. Several hours later after dinner still no Wi-Fi, front desk manager had no idea. We were given a number to call IT dept, 20 minutes on the phone no help. On top of this we were charged for data service! Very little water coming out of the shower with no pressure. Commode seat barely attached. I went down the next morning hoping to discuss with someone, all I got was we will make a note of this. People at their Starbucks were very rude. My advice stay away from this property!
