Location, breakfast

We couldn't turn off the heating so it was 26 degrees in the room which was way to hot for sleeping.

Very nice hotel

Everything was fine. The room was spacious and clean.

It's a bit pricy, but I guess that's because the hotel is in a commutable distance from the city centre and we booked the room during the peak of the Christmas season.

Disappointing

A place where fun goes to die

Some staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, in fairness the bed was comfortable. The hotel lacked atmosphere, personality and any sense of joy.

Some staff were frankly horrible, it seemed like they didn't want to be in the hotel any more than i did. The restaurant was a joke, i could tell a tale of the worst thing i have ever been served but there seems little point in doing so, its a sleep factory for people stuck in that part of the city. If you need to be there it won't kill you. But if you are going for fun, go somewhere else.

room layout, bathroom, ambience all good. Staff all friendly and polite. Easy to get to and as we were only there to attend a family occassion it was just a stop point

The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I've experience in Europe. the clock on the TV was soo bright I needed to put something in front of it to make the room dark
