Convenient to get around as next to Main station & wonderful stay in a clean room. Thank you Lobby, reception &

Next to Main Station so easy to get to with luggages. Clean room with view of main station & street. Attentive staff at Lobby & reception. Room cleaning staff did excellent job daily. Welcome drink coupons at hotel cafe.

No issues staying here.

Sound insulation not good

Just next to Taipei station, exit M3, very convenient.

Aircon is not temperature adjustable. It still very cold even we set at Low. Hotel room sound insulation not very good, everybody walking by we can hear very clearly, you need earplugs to sleep.

Very convenient location, good facilities and service.

Location is superb, just next to Taipei Main station. We took airport coach/bus (~100NTD) to Taipei Main Station and walk to the hotel. Breakfast spread is good. I enjoyed the welcome drinks vouchers which can be exchanged at the 17cafe in the hotel. Good coffee and tea variety.

-top-notch services from lift boy/girl, receptionist, bellboy and other staffs. -free a voucher for drink (from coffee, tea to juices) to be claimed from a downstairs cafe -variety of delicious buffet-style breakfast -vintage decor but super clean facilities -Taipei Main Station M3 exit is just right beside the hotel, less than 30 seconds walk -good quality and fragrance body wash, conditioner, lotion, face wash/hand wash foam -great value for money (some other so called 3 star 4 star hotel with similar price didnt offer as much) -3 lifts available and pretty quick Basically, we love every single thing of the hotel~

comfortable and great stay.

location is superb as it is just next to Taipei Main Station. Room is comfortable and front desk and concierge staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast spread was good.

Restaurant staff - seems to forget our bill and we had to go to the entrance to check ourselves and found that they just placed the bill aside and no follow-up

Location is excellent. Bed is very comfy. Nice free drinks for each stay.

Very good

Might return for its central location.

It was very conveniently located and had a good international breakfast spread.

The soundproofing of the room was poor as we could hear clearly water being turned on from the adjacent room. The lack of charging points near the bed was also a serious turn-off. The shower head did not work despite following their written instructions on the wall.
