Simply amazing and would definitely stay there again.

We did not have breakfast as we had to travel. Loved the location of the hotel. Amazing staff and I cannot thank them enough for looking after us. The spa facilities were exceptional. My sister was blown away by the champagne, cake and nibbles she received as she was celebrating a birthday and the New Year's eve stay at the hotel was a pre-birthday treat for her. Loved the fireworks display on New Year's eve. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends if they are looking for a hotel that is central to all the London attractions or celebrating a special event.

Dreamy stay celebrating my sisters birthday. We were both made to feel like royalty!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and comfortable with a sweet balcony overlooking a courtyard. Spa was a real surprise and absolutely stunning for a central London hotel. Couldnt fault our stay, from the moment we stepped through the front door we had the dreamiest time.

Wonderful hotel, with wonderful staff and amenities

The hotel is fantastic, there is nothing you can say but positive things about the whole experience, from the moment you walk in you are met with elegance, class, and a friendly welcome. The room was great and the underfloor heating is wonderful after a cold winter walk around London. The bed was huge and offered a very comfortable mattress with very relaxing pillows and a lavender pouch to help you relax at night. We ate in the Kerridges restaurant which was amazing, the steak and the pudding each got a 10/10 from me! If you don't drink alcohol there is a great range of choices in the 0% section that allows you to still enjoy a glass of something nice. The spa is incredible and offers a labyrinth of relaxation with very modern trimmings. I absolutely will return to this hotel next year

The process of paying cash for your room needs some attention, even though I paid in full for the room with cash I also had to pay upfront on my card which took 4 days to clear back into my bank. I wouldn't mind if it was just the deposit taken upfront but it was the whole room cost + deposit when I declared I wanted to pay cash. It seems a process that isn't kind to the customer, irrespective of the amount it puts people out of pocket unnecessarily. Also having my bag damaged whilst in transit to my room was slightly frustrating but it's 'one of them things' I guess. They did eventually offer to put everything right for me so I can't complain. I feel there is a better process required here also, when a customer's bag is damaged there should be an immediate course of action to repair or show care to repair.
