Worth staying on key biscayne

The location was great. Parking was great.

Rubber sheets on beds were uncomfortable. Ground floor allowed no privacy.

It was OK.

location. The AC in the room was ducted and worked well making the space comfortable

The room is not a comfortable space. The room had the worst furniture I've ever seen in a hotel. The mattress was sagging. The couch was worn out and uncomfortable. The room could use more soft materials. It is very hard, lots of echo. It is all tile, no where to wipe the sand off your feet. Carpet in the bedrooms would be great. Some rugs and a good doormat would be an improvement

Staff are not trustworthy.

Well located for walking to beach, restaurants and shopping.

One of our party accidentally left an iPad behind. We tried to call and email. You cannot reach anyone and the staff really didnt care. No follow up despite many attempts. Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. We had a large group with 4 rooms for over a week. We are planning on returning next year with more, guaranteed we wont be looking at this facility.

Our stay was short and for our purposes it was good.

The location was good. We enjoyed the private beach. The room was spacious. The check in and check out process was easy.

The room upstairs was not too cold. A split unit upstairs would be perfect. The TV was very small. Not enough towels.
