Everything from the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful, the daily chocolates and weather updates were a treat, the thermal pool was needed after very long days taking in all the sights on foot, and the spa was perfect.

Beautiful city but not the hotel.

Location.

For a towel; I have waited for two hours after 3 times call. They didnt apologise either. Only one bottle of water for three days. No iron. Total disappointment. Choose wisely

Location, decoration, common spaces.

Breakfast time was always very crowded and busy. Difficult to circulate and get food. The tables were set very close to each other. Not a comfortable experience.

Comfortable, clean, friendly

The breakfast was a great selection, caters for everyones dietary requirements. As a guest you can take umbrellas when its raining and return them upon check out. The bed was large enough for me and my friend to stay in together.
