Very good

Nice location, quiet, nice rooms

Toilet kept turning on flushing by itself, heat is not controlled in the room, so had to open window to regulate temp.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the facilities. Its so cozy and homey. Its walking distance to the ferry and town center. It was off peak when we came.

Clean, charming inn, with reasonable off-season prices.

I booked a bedroom on the top floor of the inn, and it was just as advertised. It was a very snug space, which was okay for just one person. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was small, but adequate. You do have to go up the stairs, with your luggage, so beware of the need to carry up three flights of stairs. They were able to let me check in early, when I arrived by ferry. Much appreciated!

I only saw staff the morning I checked in. There is a real feeling that you're on your own, which can be okay. The breakfast they put out is basic, but there if you want it. The front door is always unlocked, which is a little different.

Price was OK but will not return. Overall not a great experience for Nantucket Thanksgiving weekend.

Location was ok

Property is dated and needs Reno. No plugs near the desk. No rugs on the floor. Couldnt figure out how to control radiator heat. Room was either too cold or too hot. No housekeeping service. Rarely saw any staff members. No sense of hospitality or feeling welcomed.

Book it! Wonderful

Great value, great location, wonderful staff! The room was clean and cozy and well stocked with the things you need while staying away from home.

The breakfast offered was very basic. This place is so charming and the staff is so wonderful, they would definitely have a top rating from us had this one thing been different, but I would definitely stay again and refer anyone regardless.

The cosiest stay at a reasonable price for Nantucket

This house is quintessential Nantucket, cosy, quaint and nautical inspired, with an amazing attention to details. The room is small but perfect, super super clean and comfortable. I loved every bit of it.

It's actually perfect as it is.

Location is a bit of a hike from the ferry terminal with luggage, but it was nice and quiet and has a great view. Spacious room, nicely decorated. Helpful, friendly staff.

Needs more electrical outlets. Small sink in bathroom. Shower door didnt secure completely, which is a problem more for the floor than for users.
