Superb

Great NYE stay!

The room had great modern fittings and facilities, with an amazing view of the surrounding city. The staff were very friendly on check-in, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Unfortunately one of the elevators was out of order, and we were on the 17th floor - as the hotel was quite busy, this meant it took a long time to get up to, and down from the room - not really the fault of the hotel, these things happen. In our bathroom, I noticed the edges of the shower were in need of cleaning.

Disappointing

The location.

In the 3 nights we stayed the room was never cleaned or made up. We had to call reception when we needed towels etc. There could have a better choice of teas example herbal teas and some biscuits for the price of the room.

The hotel itself was lovely and very central. The room was really nice and clean. The bathroom was beautiful and had lovely facilities. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

The room we had was hard to sleep in due to the noise coming in through the window (even though it was shut) it was very noisy and cold during the night and kept us awake as it felt like the window was wide open but it was definitely locked.

Beautiful from walking into the doors breakfast had a lot of choice and everything was explained if you hadnt been before

They stopped the bedroom card from working at quarter to 11 so when we went to get our things to check out we couldnt and being on the 7th floor it took us until 11.15 to get sorted
