Disappointing.

the pool area was beautiful

the bathroom wasnt clean. there was no toilet paper. They had no record of our reservation on the phone from the airport even though we had paid in full. They would not send a shuttle to pick us up and we had to pay 1,500 pesos for a 10 minute taxi ride. Thats over 100 Canadian dollars. when we arrived the reservation was found .

Staff is not trained to handle customers.

The lobby furniture was modern.

They gave my reservation away to another guest and did not have any other rooms. We waited in their lobby from 1 AM until 2:30 AM for the front desk clerk to figure out they had no rooms available and to walk two steps to their sister property to find out they had a room available. We finally got into our room at 3 AM. There were no towels in the room. The next morning I went down to ask for towels and they said they had none in the entire hotel available. They said there would be some towels coming out of the dryer in 20 minutes. I asked if they could bring towels up to the room. In the meantime, they gave me one pool Towel to use for two people. This airport hotel did not have a shuttle going to the airport for 90 more minutes from when I asked.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! IT IS A SCAM!! They overbooked the hotel and lied to us saying boking had cancelled the reservation ( which was not true)

We made the reservation one week before our arrival. We got there and there was no room available and they said the reservation was cancelled ( while i showed them the print screen from booking with it confirmed - they ignored it). They then said there was nothing they could do. When we called booking they confirmed the reservation was active and no one had contacted the hotel from booking to cancell it . They were basically lying to us and we had to find another place to stay..

Do not book a room via booking.com

Staff allegedly claims that booking.com reservations not paid in advance are out of the system after 6 pm, though the reservation was confirmed with a check-in after 8 pm. We arrived at the hotel just to discover they had no room for us. Moreover, the hotel was unreachable to organize transfer services - which meant we had to pay $60 to get to this hotel near the airport. The private taxi prices can get up to $85.

The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very nice.

1. Personnel didn't care abaut our needs, the don't accept cash to buy a coke, it has to be with a card, since they don't have money to give you back. 2. Our room 417 did not have a microwave and we specifically booked this hotel, so I could heat water for my teas. 3. At Reception Desk, Rafael told us that breakfast is served from 6 to 10:30 am and in the restaurant, they said it is from 6 to 9,and at 9 they charge you if you want to have breakfast. It's a pitty that a Hotel backed - up by Marriott Bonvoy is giving the guests these experiences...very disappointing.
