Wouldnt visit again.

The staff were alright.

So overpriced. People still smoke in their rooms so the corridors stink of cigarettes. Breakfast sub-par for the money you pay.

China World Hotel is famous, prestigious and classified as 5-stars deluxe. My opinion is that it is old style and a bit boring deluxe. Absolutely not up to date and modern deluxe. The breakfast was not at 5-star level, a comment that applies to the breakfast products, the staff, the interior and how the breakfast room was organized. Surprisingly there is no proper bar at the hotel, just a lobby lounge, which was a disappointment. The reception proposed the bar at Jen Hotel, 10-15 minutes walk from China World. The staff at check-in was very unpersonal and uninterested.

Perfection!

Horizon room is beautiful decorated in Italian design. Top service by a super friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet at a specially reserved lounge for Horizon guests. Late afternoon buffet with drinks included in room rate. We were incredibly surprised by the top level of services and extras of this hotel! Wonderful city view from room at the 18th floor. Direct access from hotel lobby to the high end shopping mall.

location is good, close to shopping centers, towns, the flowers and presentation at the lobby is fantastics, breakfast is not too bad, but very packed;

rooms are a bit old, cleanness can be better.

Great room, great location and great breakfast

Great location by the CBD and shopping malls. Hotel was very sumptuous, room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a huge range of Western and Chinese foods. All reception staff were polite and spoke excellent English making check in and check out very easy.

The hall is just magnificent and beautiful! The breakfast is a banquet. You can have everything you want and even the things you dont even know and they are delicious!
