Exceptional

The attention to detail was really impressive and made it the best hotel we stayed at in our 10-day trip. From thoughtful amenities to the decor and service, this hotel really does stand out! The bed was also really comfy and they had a pillow menu where we managed to request some neck support pillows which helped us sleep even better. The staff are really friendly and helpful too :)

Wish we had a longer stay at Chesa Valese!

We love everything about Chesa Valese!! The stay came with complimentary taxi pick up from the taxi station but we decided to take a nice stroll to the hotel! :) The staff were friendly and helpful in giving recommendation, for example, sight-seeing, restaurants, bars etc. Their mini-bar fridge is complimentary, it is stocked with Zermatt beer, bottled water and Coca Cola and Lindt chocolates! The breakfast service was amazing as well! A good spread of bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, granola, perfectly done eggs of your choice, etc.! Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel with equal amazing staff.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was so spacious, comfortable and the view from our room was amazing. The hand written welcome note was a very nice touch.

Perfect and very welcoming

Everything about the stay was exactly as expected, if not better ! The reception was amazingly friendly and accomodating from checkin to checkout, the massage was one of the best my wife had, and the spa is very well decorated in extremely good taste. The only inconvenient was the lack of swimming pool, but the suit had one of the best view of the Matterhorn, and the rest was so perfect we did not even miss it. I would 1000% recommend and come back any time.

The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful. The room was large and is equipped with everything you need. The location is both very convenient and quiet. Very good breakfast in quality and quantity. The property is very clean too.

Fabulous hotel.The staff are amazing. Couldn't do enough for me, super-friendly and helpful.

Its a beautiful property in a great, central location. Rooms, restaurant and spa are of high quality but the most outstanding aspect is the service and attentiveness of the staff. Wonderful people who really and couldn't do enough to attend to the details or little extras that make all the difference. I'll definitely return and look forward to it.

Very nice family hotel, good location, friendly staff

A very comfortable family hotel with a nice mix of guests. We got the impression that many of them were regulars, which is a good sign. Lovely terrace and garden where you can relax after a nice hike. The lady who runs the reception is extremely nice and helpful. Location is perfect in a quiet spot just a few mins walk from the main street
