Awesome Hotel, Staff, location and pool!!

room was very comfortable and clean. They were very attentive when you asked for anything like ice for example, breakfast was very very good. Loved the pool on the property. Great lap pool with an amazing view. Staff very friendly, poolside and everywhere! Highly recommend.

Pleasant and relaxing stay

Loved the breakfast buffet as it had lot of options such as Asian, continental, American etc plus there was free afternoon tea and evening drinks provided which was quite satisfying. Boat shuttle service at chatirum is good especially it takes it to icon Siam Lastly, the staff is very helpful and welcoming and they are doing a good job to keep the hotel standards in the highest quality.

I would like more boat services to icon Siam as currently there are only three stops. Another thing we have come across is limited water bottles in the room. Everyday we get two and asking for more will be extra cost. During hot and humid weather, it would be nice to have more in the room.

Lovely location and hotel

Lovely staff and food was very good. Excellent variety of food for breakfast.

Private functions in lobby bar and also wedding engagement party in main restaurant but no prior warning to state you were unable to use facilities between certain times/dates.
