Pleasant

It is only 50 meters from the red bus stop, a convenient location. However, please note that this Chalet is the last stop of the red bus, which means it is at the far end of the town.

The rooms are smaller than the pictures, and particularly the kitchen and common area are small. There is no microwave, and not enough supply of salt, sugar, or coffee capsule.

Terrific location, responsive staff, beautiful views, cozy, very clean! Oven & WiFi not good.

Unfortunately the oven/microwave oven was broken which we didn't realize until after we'd purchased pizza and other items to cook in the oven. Super frustrating as we then had to eat out, which is expensive in Zermatt for a family. Also, Wi-Fi not good.

Wunderbar lives the cosinesa of the chalet and its superb location

The location was fantastic away from the crowds and with magnificent Matterhorn views. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked even with raclette and fondue items. Very hugge, cute, homely and welcoming Also diagonally opposite a great cafe/shop and close to the start of many hiking trails we had a wonderful stay. Thank you

There were mice, especially at the lower level Also, towels from previous guests were left in the washing machine and the machine showed an error code so we could not use it

Superb

Fantastic, relaxing and easy-going to weeks in the fabulous Swiss Alps... And the dog loved it, too!

cozy, comfortable cottage with a great view of Matterhorn. Fantastic location (if one is interested in hiking and easy access to gondola lifts). Peaceful and quiet at all times. A place to buy basic groceries at virtually around the corner.

The kids would have loved more/faster bandwidth - we didn't mind :)

Superb

Excellent

Location great close to ski rental shop, gondola and shops just 10minutes walk. Local bus service was excellent. All very convenient and chalet perfect for our family of 4. Chalet was immaculate and had all the facilities we needed. Will definitely come back and stay again. Host excellent too.

A small sofa in the sitting room instead of the 2 upright chairs would have been good
