Very good

Experienced Enjoyable and pleasant stay.

List of menu during breakfast was good. The facade was original ie cottage environment. The room was clean with good arrangement. Spacious lobby with lots of sofa.

during breakfast i observed the hotel uses the malamine/plastic plates and cup.

Breakfast was simple but very nice

The first room we were given was covered on black mould, had to request to change rooms, which they did without hesitation and the next room was marginally better. Rooms had no heating or cooling only ceiling fan. Hotel was very tired and the rooms were in bad repair the floor was quite uneven and too much mould everywhere

I WILL RETURN!

The cleaniness was very good. Beds auper comfy. Ample psrking space, safe. Very nice rooms adequate for families. The environment was beautiful with pine trees. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food shops all just 5 mins walk away.

No shelter frm the rain from my unit to the lobby but still not too far walk.

Do not stay here if you have a choice.

Location and the fresh air.

Rooms are dirty, smelly and toilet leaking. The shower curtains very dirty and requested to.change but not changed. Towel also brownish. Bad place to stay. One of the counter staff attended to us was rude but speak good English. Full payment made still require RM300 cash deposit.

Very good

Nice hotel for a two-night-stay

Very nice location, near all the main attractions. Nice room, good beds, very friendly staff, and we liked the gym and the spa. Good breakfast as well.

The view from our room was not quite as expected; we looked out on the wall of the parking garage. The bathroom is a bit outdated.

Nice Christmas Getaway

Excellent location. The hotel reception/foyer was beautifully decorated for Christmas, great for photos. There were pool and foosball tables for guests to use f.o.c. Only problem was both tables were hoarded by one particular large group of hotel guests. Would be nice if a time limit was set if there were other guests waiting to play the games. Guestrooms were clean and spacious. The large bathroom was conveniently split into three separate cubbys for a toilet, a shower area and a long bath. Would've been nice to have an ironing board and an iron in each guest room, instead of having to walk out to a communal ironing room!! Also, had to fill a glass jug (provided in the guestroom) with water from a dispenser situated near the lift lobby, which was inconvenient, not to mention weird! Breakfast was nice, limited in variety but tasty. Overall, a nice stay.

Having to wait for a long time to play pool and foosball only because both tables were hoarded by one particular large group of hotel guests. Do set a time limit for one group of guests so others can have a go at the game. Not having bottles water in the rooms. No cheese platter at breakfast.
