Exceptional

Besides the obnoxious guests next to us in Room 4150 it was a good stay, the staff was very helpful

The breakfast was excellent, the staffs were fantastic with service and very attentive to us. Both at check in/out and during all service.

I think that we could have gotten a better room for the price. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful beach, very relaxing resort

Beautiful beach with lots of palm trees for shade. Lots of restaurant choices and enjoyed most of the food. Friendly staff, beautiful property. Really liked how it was really right next to the family side, which had more things going on at night. This property was very chill and quiet, which is what we were looking for. This is not a party hotel. I paid for the privileged room, but it didn't really seem to get me anything much of anything except a closer-to-the-beach room, which was kind of nice to be so close to the beach because that's where we spent the vast majority of our time. But it was further from the buffet restaurant (from both the adults-only side and from the family-side).

Do not like the sales presentation. Got grabbed by a concierge-type person for the "exclusive club" right after check in and was very confused because there was also a small language barrier. She said, "we have a special breakfast for you and then a free massage". I thought it was something part of the privileged room, but it turned out to be a sales presentation that ended up taking up 3 hrs of our day (even though they say it'll take about 90 mins). Just turn it down. Not many options for food between 3pm-6pm so just be aware of that.

The property is dated! Rooms are old! Mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Food is HORRIBLE. Trust me its that BAD. Cocktails were too sweet and of bad quality. Any shakes and juices- they will mix half water in it. All the restaurants- BO, savichi, Trayorria, Thalassa, sea food , Tom cat are EQUALLY BAD. Beach is dirty as it has sea-grass and is all muddy. I will rather suggest book other hotel where food is not included.

Staff, most of the food

Old and worn out rooms. Toilet kept breaking so I kept repairing it. Telephone in room didnt work. Not all the lights didnt work.

Friendliness of staff Ability to walk where ever you wanted to go Night club was a lot of fun on kids side

Adults only was NOT a true adults only by a long shot. Disappointed this was not exactly an all-inclusive either. Simply rail drinks with some call available until they ran out. Food (better on kids side) Major dislike: lack of bottled water both when ordering & in the room & I believe this to be the reason I got extremely ill. Lack of hot tubs (we never did get to enjoy) I legit got violently ill toward the end of our stay & was sick an additional 4 days when I returned to the States. (5 days total) We frequent DR (at least twice a year for many years). Unfortunately, the ending to our short stay this time (our last night of four) was not a good one by a long shot (I don't ever recall being that sick)! We won't be back.

Very relaxing on the adult side. Food choices were decent .

Beautiful grounds. Good service. Great housekeeping staff.

Bathroom could have used a good grout cleaning both in the shower and toilet area. The toilet area had paint dripped all over the walls from when they touched up the ceiling.

Yall out your damn mind! Really making us go to the gate and wait for transportation was stupid and unsafe. LOTS OF LANGUAGE ISSUES. Hotel staff and sells men were pushy at times. THE WIFI SUCKS ASS.
