Good modern rooms in a convenient city centre location.

For a city centre hotel the room was of a good size, with clean modern decor and a practical layout. There was no view from the room, other than an internal courtyard, but we didn't pay for a view so that wasn't an issue. The bathroom was great, with an excellent rainfall shower. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always took time to acknowledge us as we walked past the reception desk. The breakfast buffet provided a very good choice of high quality food.

Our room felt quite stuffy and the air conditioning only made it worse. It wasn't possible to open the window, which meant that there was no way to make the room cooler. (I should add that this wasn't unique to the hotel, everywhere in the city felt like the heating was set a bit too high!). Also, the provided toiletries were nice but felt a bit watered down.

Nice hotel for your stay in central Barcelona

Nice and comfortable hotel in the heart of Eixample, close to metro station and within walking distance of the historic centre/main avenues. Key position avoiding huge tourist crowds. Modern and clean room, bathroom with all necessary amenities. Overall good value from money.

Check in was slow as there was only one hotel employee at that moment.

Simple yet nice stay within minutes of P. De Gracia

Location was great. Room was simple but nice. Staff were helpful.

I feel operations need some work. It took me 3h to try to get a toothbrush in the evening (even though they assured me they had some at hand), the room was not cleaned when we came back to it after lunch (despite having had an early start), and the day of our checkout we were woken up around 10 for cleaning the room (the cleaner wasnt aware we were checking out later that morning).

The location is excellent and staff is friendly, most especially Elias who was very welcoming and kind. Room was clean and had all the necessities. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Great location and lovely staff

Excellent location, great staff and exceptional housekeeping. Great breakfast

Unfortunately had an issue on checkin. Had emailed twice asking for 3 single beds as we had booked a triple room. On checkin shown a twin room with a sofa not made up as a bed. After much back and forth with reception and housekeeping we were moved to a larger room and housekeeping set up a full sized single bed to accommodate the 3 adults as booked. Staff were lovely but caused undue stress at the start of the stay. Also had to call maintenance to fix safety deposit box which was faulty - again issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. If you do not need a triple would highly recommend this hotel for location and quality facilities.
