The front desk staff went above and beyond for guests, and the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was simple, and while the food wasn't outstanding, the atmosphere and service made up for it. The hotel's proximity to NYC and the amenities such as the pool and gardens were enjoyable. Some guests had mixed experiences with the front desk staff, feeling unwelcome or dismissed. The lack of available food options was also a drawback for some guests.
