We loved the magnificent garden with incredible plants, fruit and flowers, beautiful terrace, barbacue, views on Teide, comfortable and clean house, responsive owners and the overall appearance of the estate

Beautiful garden. Nice location, edge of little town, close to shops. Nice view on centre of the island with volcano.

The garden is beautiful and well maintained. It looks like a private botanique garden. The view is amazing. The house is really cosy, peaceful and it is fully equipped. I highly recommend this place.

Very good

The garden is really nice, and it offers a stunning view over Teide (if it's not clouded). The little pool is a nice extra. The terrace is wonderful. There's also a nice area with a woodstove at the back of the garden

The shower is due for replacement. Also, it gives you like 6-7 minutes of hot water before it runs out. Besides that, it's maybe not entirely clear from the pictures, but the whole house is one big space, with the two beds in the mezzanine and the single bed in a small, doorless room at the end of the living. Not a problem for us, but if privacy is an issue it might be good to know. Be careful not to park your car on the little patch across the big gate at the start of the street. Even though there is no sign forbidding you, I was urged by the locals to move the car late at night, (privado!) as they couldn't maneuver to tow a truck (which eventually took them a whole loud hour of machine noises to finish). You can attempt to park it in the garden through the gate but I suspect it's not very easy.

No sleep at all.. trucks driving by all night long

The nice garden with BBQ facility.

The house is a bit dark and cramped. The hot water tank emptied out quickly and then you had to wait for two hours before it's filled up again and only short showers were possible. There is one heater available in the home which is not very powerful, so if it's cold outside, it's also chilly inside. But the main issue was the noise outside. At around 4 in the morning (sometimes at 3) there were trucks right outside the bedroom window. The noise is very loud, it sounded like they were right next to the bed. And then an hour later the daily garbage truck drove by to empty the garbage container.. definitely bring some earplugs or you won't sleep at all. Also, the parking spot is pretty tiny, and the neighbours actually needed the spot while we were parked there so we had to move our car. We decided to park somewhere else for the remaining days.

This holiday house is a good place for stay on Tenerife. The house is really good equipped and garden is awesome. Every day view on vulcano is magic.

Peaceful stay in a wonderful place.

It's a wonderful, peaceful place. It was great to have the picturesque view on volcano every day especially during breakfast. The garden is beautiful, also the village is nice, though there are not many restaurants or stores (but we didn't expect them). It's good to have a car, otherwise it's possible to use buses but it takes time (however, the prices are not very high). The house is very comfortable and calm. Parking inside is challenging so we left the car on a "wild "parking outside and it wasn't a problem. The biggest store is Alteza, approx. 10-15min by walk, opened 9-21. Getting to a bigger city takes 15-20min but it's better to be careful as some roads are very steep.

In general we had a great, relaxing week. The only, small disadvantage was a dog howling at the night sometimes. Also, as I mentioned before, it's better to leave the car outside because it's hard to park inside due to narrow street. :)
