    There was ac
    Its very unclean the kitchen really needs some proper scrubbing, I asked about a pool because there were photos of a pool so we booked the place but there is no pool. The ac is so loud you cant sleep with it on

    Not so great but good location for good price
    The location is top notch for tourists( Walmart and mall 400 metres away, a soriana large supermarket 250metres away, OXO 100metres away and taco restaurant right next door with a farmacia, the room was very spacious and plaisant to look at with lots of storage space, a good AC and comfy beds, never run out of soap or to, access to microwave and fridge and small table. Little desk in the room too. The host did respond quick for check-in
    Very noisy late night and early morning, walls are thin and you'll hear cranks and dripping, dropping noises very often and door opening or knocking, the lady there talks loudly near me door all the time and knock twice at any door, the WiFi work but will stops on and off every other day, the shower is weak and no hot water or if you wait ten minutes. I end up staying longer than my original stay and I don't recommend for more then a few night.

    Pleasant place for a great price.
    The host was very kind and helpful. He tried his best to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. He gave us tips and offered some tours that were really good- we took his advice on the chichen itza tour and he made all the reservations. Great value for the money.

    The bathroom was very dirty! They didn't clean the bathroom before we arrived. The sink was blocked with pieces of soap and the shower was full of sand, pieces of garbage and an old sock! The room also had a funny smell.

    Economical spot in cancun
    Great value - appreciated th AC and Wi-Fi. Also very convenient to buses for downtown and hotel zone. Small shared kitchen was also a plus.
    The AC filter could use a clean.
