Ocean view rooms dont have ocean view

I booked an ocean view room but was given a parking and a dirt field view room. The hotel said that its the booking.com fault. Booking.com didnt do anything to resolve the issue

Lovely get away.

Every time I stay here I say its near perfection but I wish you left chocolates like the Ritz does with nighttime turndown! The only other issue we had this time is you were VERY busy with some film conference & there were never any servers at the pool like there normally are so both days we had to call room service to have delivery at the pool which at first they resisted but we said there are NO servers at the pool as there should be to place an order.

The staff was friendly, the location was great.

They ran out of hot water for an entire day. We had 2 rooms, and though they gave us one room before official check in time, we only got the second room at 6pm.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel!!

Spectacular location, wonderful staff, terrific amenities, and everything weve come to expect from this property.

Didnt get great service in the lobby lounge due to a big wedding party overtaking the space between ceremony and reception. Not sure the hotel staff could have done anything different, but when you pay these rates, serving yourself by taking your own order to the bar is disappointing.

Beautiful, peaceful, luxurious

The location is unbeatable. I had a terrace room with direct views of the ocean. The rooms are beautiful as well. Spacious, light and extreme comfortable. The bed was so high there was a little step to get up! The on-site spa was another bonus. I had an amazing facial - perfect way to start my trip after an 11 hour flight.
