buyer beware

i was overcharged and zero responsibility for the charges from the property and very difficult to try to get corrected. being overcharged is called fraud previously, the same property had me booked... and showed up. "oh, we're sorry... we don't have any rooms available". Steer clear

It was fine for the length of stay and the pool was clean.

There was free coffee in the lobby area and a nice, fairly priced honor-system shop where you could buy items for breakfast, etc. The kitchen in the room was well-appointed and clean. If you're going to be in Waco with your family for a few days, I would recommend this property.

There was no breakfast. That's always a nice thing to look forward to and not have to think about when you're traveling.
