Ok property, expected more from an international chain.

Location

Room was not cleaned properly, carpets were dirty and had obviously not been cleaned properly. Cleaner s were hoovering late in the evening which was annoying when trying to sleep.

Size of the bathroom. Modern facilities. Big bed. Breakfast selection. Lift access. Door man.

Carpeted rooms. And fabrics everywhere. So difficult to maintain cleanliness. Wish all hotels just use easy to clean flooring and if you want to have carpets at select positions that u can clean easily. Also have easy to clean sofa fabrics. Especially if you are not going to maintain. It's a clean place, hotel is very clean but just take my feedback on the fabrics and carpet. Qibla indicator also will be helpful.

Exceptional

Will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was amazing! I was impressed they even served beet juice although it was only for a day. Room was very clean and presentable. I felt comfortable and at peace. Staffs were kind and look out for you. Snatch theft for tourism is high in casablanca but the security guards did warned me and looked out for me. even when I went opposite the hotel for an errand, they came out to look out for me. very thoughtful

Not about the hotel but this is a reminder for tourist snatch theft for handphone is high in morocco esp in casa. they come from behind in bike and snatch your handphones away. please dont use it in public especially when you're alone. please be careful

Very good

Very good location, near tramway, close to the train station. Good size of the room and also comfortable bed. Good and modern equipment, but wi-fi shaky at times. Breakfast - could expect a better choice. Really good moroccan tea pot!

It was very hot in the room and the only way how to make it a bit cooler was to open the window, but then the sound-proofness was lost and sometimes noise from the street was not pleasant in that case. Smoking in the bar and lobby premises - it was not indicated that it is a smoking facility.
