The staff is great, hotel has a cozy ambiance but the rooms need work

The staff were AMAZING really helpful smiling all the time. The bed was comfy. Theres a storage room and a restaurant.

The room was small i know thats what i booked but there wasnt any other left. No fridge, nothing to store food in it. The check-out time is too early but its good that they have a storage room to keep our luggage. I put on the do not disturb sign but they still entered the room and cleaned it in my absence. I dont fully blame them maybe the sign flew to the ground because of the wind. There is no elevator only stairs and i had my luggage so it was kind of annoying.

Disappointing

Necessary evil

The hotel is in need of restoration. Old saggy and worn beds. Walls are so thin, you hear all the sounds from the nearby rooms. Leaking bathroom taps, doors with too much draft.

The hotel is easy to get to, in a nice location near the lake. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Easy to get to. The restaurant had improved enough to have a meal this time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing, the hotel now has improved since we last stayed here.

We enjoyed our stay whilst in bordeaux. Nice room, comfortable beds and quiet I'm the evening. We had a rental car so was a nice location to be based at.

The location was great but the cleanliness and value for money not good at all

We like the location close to the city centre and easy to reach by Tram C

Room was not that cleaned (hair in the bathroom from previous stay) and lots of flies/mosquitoes.

Poor

Thank god I was alone and I got home safe.

It was clean. Close to Exhibition Halls.

There was several things. 1. On the second night someone tried to break into my room. I called the hotel employee, who arrived when the intruders had already disappeared. After that, no police was called or anything. No one even asked me if I was okay, no one even came to me afterwards. 2. When it was time to check out, no one answered the phone or opened the front desk door. Since I knew that I would be checking out early in the morning, I asked before the administration if someone would be there, they told me that they work 24/7 and everything will be ok. I called, knocked and called - no answer. A taxi was waiting for me and I couldn't be late any longer, so I was forced to leave the keys between the reception doors. To be honest, I still don't know what to do and how to react to this. It's good that I was without a family.
