Comfortable stay

Nice view from the room. The toilet and shower are separated which is good for family. Subway is within walking distance.

Central and convenient location with subway really close to the hotel. Nice gym and swimming pool.

A bit overpriced for small room, dirty windows (cannot enjoy the view) and some old elements which could be replaced air fixed into the room. Based on my experience, I felt it was more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. Also very poor communication skills of the staff (little English spoken at the reception desk), no confirmation email received when booking my room and deposit charged without any prior notification or email.... In the end the duty manager helped to solve the deposit issue and taxi booking experience for the airport was smooth.

Very good

Breakfast are great. The hotel location is very convenient, it is 200m from the Longshan temple MRT station and next to Wanhua station. The service is very good, they gave us gifts for new year celebration which are wine and bath salts.

The rooms and bed are smaller than usual, and the table is not comfortable.

Front desk staff needs improvement, overpriced hotel, saved by its great location and views.

View was great! Staying in high floor, we had a great view of the place. Breakfast was good, with a wide range. Yoghurt drinks and juices were provided. Instead of providing bottled mineral water, they had water dispenser, dispensing cold and hot water, in each level. Location was great too, just a step from the railway station. Cleaning staff were polite. Water pressure in shower was good.

Staff was not polite, and when we had questions, we were pushed around from place to place. Very unhappy with manager at front desk - when we went to collect room key at 3pm, she was only interested in talking to my daughter and plainly ignored me even when I asked questions. Maybe because I was not as well dressed as my daughter??!! Chefs behind the counters during breakfast were more interested in talking among themselves. With such high breakfast price, we were disappointed that they did not have any live cooking egg station. TV - do not understand why the TV was placed in the living room. Even when tilted and pulled to full extension, it was really difficult to watch the TV while on the bed. We also needed to push all our hanging clothes to one side to watch the Tv while on the bed. The shower cubicle had some drainage problems on our last day, luckily we managed to settle it.

Over priced cold pool awful bar

Booked this hotel as had a pool it was not heated so actually dangerous to use it was so cold The bar was non existent the staff were grumpy on the 3rd floor but I suspect they are overworked
