Nice Stay at BTC

The pools were great, quiet mostly and staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Breakfasts were lovely, delivered at your chosen time. Fortunately they let us stay the 2 bedroom villa for 3 nights and 1 back in the 1 bedroom villa. Close walk to some nice restaurants such as Sook Sook & Coco51. Centre is a short drive away by car or toktok. Not your regular commercial hotel.

We thought the one bedroom villa with pool mean a separate bedroom but was more of a studio and when we arrived there were kids playing in the yard across the driveway 6-7pm, but luckily it didnt occur again during our stay. Bathrooms floors could do with a spruce up and some towels whitened.

We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was above expectation. The pool was refreshing and private. The villa had everything we needed and more and the beds were very comfortable.

The location is perfect for relaxing and a 70 baht grab ride or 15 minute walk to the centre of Hua Hun and the Night Market. If you want to be right in the heart of things it is a bit far away but was perfect for our needs.

Absolutely nothing

The room was infested with mosquitoes. Before I knew it I was covered with mosquito bites. I became ill, and thankfully found a Pharmacy that carried some medicine that helped. I asked to be moved out of the room, and the manager was confrontational with me. Finally after getting angry, they finally agreed to move me to another room. This is the next day and I'm dizzy and still in pain. I pray that I have not been infected with some awful disease. Do not. I repeat, do not, stay in this so-called Hotel.

Nice place for family stay except the shower facilities need to improve.

Big and spacious, we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool.

Shower facilities. This was terrible the water flow keeps hot and cold and big and small in ALL the shower cubicles. And the drainage was poor as well water could not flow down and kept accumulating a small pool of water.

Very good

A very enjoyable experience only too short. I should have booked for a few days longer.

All the staff regardless of their position were welcoming, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to my villa punctually and was a welcome start to each day. The room was tastefully furnished and was clean and well equipped. The pool was a refreshing addition, clean and refreshiing.
