Wonderful historic hotel in perfect walking distance to everything

My kids and I just stayed at the Omni for New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful stay. I want to single out Richard at the front desk for making our stay exceptional. His enthusiastic energy and fabulous customer service skills started off our visit on a wonderful note. He made us feel so special. I also appreciated the complimentary cot. My kids are at the age where they sometimes do not want to share a bed, so the cot made our night peaceful. The Omni is a great hotel with important Boston history. Easy to walk everywhere. Loved our stay!

Great place, nice staff, misleading advertising.

We went for the First Night Activities not wanting to travel home late at night. It was perfectly located for all we wanted to see.

The final bill was 1/3 higher than the advertised price. Dont do that, it is so obviously a cheap and disengenous way of running a business. I always thought highly of the Omni Parker. Now I dont.

We are glad we chose this location for our first trip to Boston.

Great breakfast. The eggs Benedict was delicious and the coffee was excellent. We loved the location. We were near several of the locations on the freedom trail and a Walgreens, McDonalds and several other eateries.

Beds could be more firm.

Everything about the hotel was outstanding. The staff was phenomenal. Very pleasant stay.

The Best Accomodations in Boston...

The atmosphere was delightful.....I was only there one night for business and pleasure but it was an exceptional stay....The Staff was on their A - game......There was no question left unanswered....The breakfast was so delicious and the staff was kind....I always recommend Family & Friends to stay at the Omni Parker House Hotel when visiting Boston for business or pleasure...I even managed to use the fitness center for 30 minutes prior to going to bed.....Can't wait to visit again...Happy Holidays to All of You...Be Safe...Continued Success....Keep up the Great Work...Best, Linda
