Bad experience!

Bad value for the money

This is definitely not the experience we expected to get for the money we paid for this hotel. No running water in the shower for few minutes after open the valve, when water finally comes, they are cold. Ants on the bed. No phone in the room to contact the front desk. Very loud music from a dance bar right below the hotel until the middle of the night- cant sleep!

Better than expected, would cautiously recommend

Staff were extremely helpful; organised a last minute island tour without issue. Balcony was extremely comfortable Room was basic but perfect for a three-day stay

Cleaning staff need to empty the bathroom bins on a daily basis We were further enough away from the bar to not be disturbed too much by the noise Renovation work should be complete on the restaurant imminently

This hotel is a perfect location on the beach. The rooms are spotless and the staff couldnt have been any nicer. So welcoming and nothing is a problem if you need help with anything. This was so comforting being a first time solo traveler. I will definitely be back!

Superb

Great location straight out onto the beach and the hotel had a number of restaurants and shops around it. We had a room with a balcony which was perfect.

When we stayed the restaurant area was being rebuilt (due to finish mid-Dec) .

Amazing hotel 100% recommend. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

The beach front rooms are absolutely unbelievable, we didnt see any other hotels that were as nice as this one. We will definitely be back, staff were really lovely and spoke great English too. The location is bang in the middle of Sairee Beach which is also ideal.

The only downfall is that the neighbouring fishbowl bar is open til 2am but the rooms block out a lot of the sound and provide ear plugs so we were not put off and had a good sleep!

Disappointing

Disappointing is the best word to describe it.

Location was very good

Street view was a joke, more of a next building view. After a fight they moved us to a sea view on the ground floor and every night there was a party in the club next door. Noisy till 2AM, drunk people peeing next to our balcony - a joke. When I complained that people are parting on our balcony they guy literally said: you can check out Rooms are not spacious as they show in the photos. When they changed our room the took away breakfast - seriously? They also dont have a restaurant nor a pool.

We asked to be upgraded to have seaview but it was not complimentary despite having rooms available. I would have given you a review 10 out of 10.

They were doing renovations and it was loud in the mornings.

Good location at Sairee Beach

- If you booked a room with sea view you will have a great view - great location in the middle of Sairee Beach

- Breakfast was served in another location (3min walk; due to construction work); this hotel stuff was not very enthusiastic and the breakfast was not very nice - stuff overall was not really proactive and helpful (as Thai people usually are)
