No toiletries, towels had holes, pillows were hard, no water bottle was provided until we asked for it, the walls were dirty and the paint was coming off, there was no hot water until we asked for it, they ask for aadarh card even though govt has advised against hotels collecting aadarh cards, the price was definitely 2 or 3 times more than the actual price. Never booking again from booking.com

There actual price is 1500 for 24 hours stay. If you book through this app,you have to give 100 rupees more and you have to check out by 12 noon.

Staff and their humbleness to help. Booking was for my old parents as they missed a flight. The owner and the staffs took ultra care in guiding them to hotel, made them comfortable and even arranged food in room. My mom is kind of handicapped. Amazing staff, thank you all!

property is situated at prime location

1. rooms were not clean and was stinking . 2. Staff had their own polices about payment. 3. washrooms were worst. 4. Staff were rude and not polite. Familiesstay away from this property.
