Exceptional

Great, clean, comfortable getaway for family with elderly and children.

Grand nice-smelling lobby, spacious king room with lake view, lovely pool, excellent service from all hotel staff. It's great to be able to sign in to Netflix in the room. Had a superb time at Panbil nature reserve with close interaction with small animals.

Breakfast has variety but can be tastier.

One of our best stays!

I like the spacious and clean room. The lake view from the window was fantastic. A chocolate cake and swan decoration were prepared after we informed the hotel of our anniversary. It was indeed a pleasant surprise for us!

The windows are dusty from outside.

Clean and spacious room, good facilities. Breakfast scene can be improved.

Facilities such as spa, kids pool and fitness center. Room is spacious and clean. Location is good.

Staff at the breakfast venue were mostly not attentive. Replenishment of food, plates and bowls were slow. The breakfast venue is also too crowded.

Disappointing

Dont expect much at this Hotel.

Staff were accommodating . I requested for surprise birthday celebration and it was very nicely done . Special thanks to Ms Yana .

All was good but the food is very bad . Breakfast is terrible . Food was not hot . Didnt top up the patties . Varieties is insufficient for a 5 star hotel .

Good hotel.

The place and facilities were great. Service was excellent especially to those who stayed in the suite.

Went in 2022 and again recently, the aircon on level 11 room 27 was kinda spoilt cause eventhough we set the temp to 30C it was still cold. Something has to be done.
