Never again!

The room was spacious and quiet. The location is great.

We stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years and we can see a degradation. The rooms are spacious but tired. The breakfast is not good at all. From the eggs to the croissants everything is poor quality. The staff is constantly changing and unwelcoming. We stayed more than a week last time, paid abour $400 a night, yet when we asked to keep the room the day of our departure until 4pm, because of a late flight, we were told we would have to pay extra. Since we refused, they only allowed us to keep the room until 1pm. From 1pm to 4pm my husband, who is 80, and myself stayed on a chair in the garden. It was cold and rainy. We could see that our room was empty and saw the cleaning lady entering the room, at 4pm.... We won't stay at this hotel any more. It is way too expensive for what it offers, we will choose an airbnb or a more modern hotel for our next trip to LA.

The beds were good

We got there they did not have our reservation lucky they had spare room . The reception people were not friendly. The hotel looks tired the prices they charge saying is a 4 star thats from it. The breakfast was awful

I choose to stay at Best Western because I like their service and full breakfast.

Great full breakfast, clean rooms, towels for the pool, gated hotel.

Parking. Very limited parking spaces around the back of the hotel.

I would stay here again only if I didnt need to use the sofa bed

Good location, bus stop out the front was handy so we could use public transport to get around Rooms were clean Staff were always friendly and helpful

Mattress on sofa bed wasnt comfortable at all. Thin ceilings, could hear footsteps and squeaks from beds from room above us
