HORRIBLE, because they never honored my reservations.

I called to let the hotel know our arrival time and the lady on the phone said we did not have reservations, however, she could make reservations for us. I asked her if it would be for the same price and she stated no, the price would be higher. I argued with her and ended up hanging up because she was not friendly at all. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The lady could have honored my reservation, which I had an e-mail confirmation. She told me to call booking and have them book me another room somewhere else.

They had a motorcycle rally and even though I booked, they sold room from under me, put me in a two bed room and charged me 20 dollars more. Didnt apologize just denied the reservation existed even though I had confirmation number

Them selling my King room out from under me and giving me 2 full bed room and charged me 20 dollars more. Even though I had booking number confirmation, they denied ever getting it
