Good for the price.

Breakfast was good. Awesome bacon!! Location was pretty far from downtown but close to public transportation which was a plus.

A desk chair was missing.

Poor

Roaches are a dealbreaker and noise level was unacceptable

It was close to the highway and price was reasonable and it was pet friendly

Our room was spotless but I did find a roach trying to get in over by the door jam in the middle of the night. The tv kept going offline. We were in the middle of adjoining rooms with loud kids and adults that were up until late at night on either side of us

I like the fact that everybody seem to be very pleasant and happy with their jobs The only thing was very few people speak English most people speak Spanish which I speak a little

Also I like the location it's just off the beaten path but a very convenient to stores and the like

Friendly staff, clean place, but very bad lighting in the bathroom

The lighting in the bathroom was a nightlight around the edge of the mirror. The lighting was so low I had to bring in a lamp from the bedroom area for my husband to shave, and for me to comb my hair. I complained to the hotel staff. They apologized and said they would make a note of it..

About what I would expect for the price , staff was friendly, breakfast was good

Great staff , great amenities, lots of snacks , coffee 24/7. Cant complain. They had 2 restaurants close by , but I did not go there

Cant say anything bad, everything in the room worked good, it was clean

I'm retired broadcasting until the communications professional after 50 years in broadcasting I mean telecommunications professional a serial entrepreneur and political activist and a practicing minister

I have lived in hotels roughly 80 to 90% of the time for 50 plus years and I can tell that the tone of this organization and the time only the employees is so well tuned and very well customer service oriented that someone is doing unbelievable job at the top I just thought you had to know that it's not all bad news it's all good news to your competitors or anybody else in the location you guys got the best value by far
