Overall I would stay again and recommend it

Heated floor in the bathroom, outdoor pool, spa area, ski depo, lovely concierge Katharina, bed and linen

No ski rental at the hotel, breakfast is the same every day, no desserts options, no free shuttle service to the gondola

It was wonderful. We booked one night and we extended for another night because of how much we enjoyed it.

We stayed one night at the family suite and another night at the panoramic suite, and both were super. The spa and outdoor hot pool were a highlight. The breakfast was great and the fondue in the small hut was a great experience.

Would definitely choose it again.

Literally the best hotel throughout my whole Swiss trip. The room is big and clean, the service is always helpful and kind, the spa and sunna is comfy (remember to bring your own swimsuit), the breakfast is brilliant.

The skiing equipment that recommended and has discounted with the hotel is far from the station, would have to carry all the equipment with 10 minutes walk. Maybe choose from another store is a better choice.

This is a great hotel, we were actually surprised since all is clean and high quality. The wellness place is amazing (they have even fruit, nuts and juice to give you some energy back...like... how amazing is that). And the outside jacuzzi is amazing. The bedroom is great as well, we did not take one with a mountain view but since you are surrounded by mountains, you can see them from anywhere. The stuff is really welcoming and helpful. We adored this place.

What the hotel could improve is be the gym room, since it only has machines for advanced people (I am not one of them). And what we did not appreciate is that on the last day we have asked to be able to take the breakfast earlier than 7am (which was possible to for 6h45) and when we were served by the chef, he was not very happy and he did not shy of showing it. I mean, come on, you should not make such a fuss for 15min. When I need to stay a little longer for me work, I do not become rude with my clients... But his behaviour did not earse all the great times we had the past days in the hotel, so maybe this is just a personal note ;) I think the town is a little too small for people who do not ski, but it's great for the ones who are there to be lazy. There is not much you can do, but to travel up the mountain which is very expensive.

Probably the best hotel in town

Great spa with magnificent view on the Matterhorn. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Quiet and comfy rooms, unfortunately we didn't get a room with a view on the Matterhorn. Staff was helpful and gave us a complimentary lift to the train station.

The hotel seemed quite empty but we got a room in the corner of the hotel, with not the best view. Wish they had given us a free upgrade if some rooms were available.

Just AMAZING!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the Matterhorn and also in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was so nice and comfortable, you even get a new delicious little treat each day which is a nice touch. The smell, the spa/pool, breakfast, dinners, ambiance and pet friendly made this hotel a must for our family. We will continue to make this hotel a yearly visit for our family trip to zermatt.
