Please note I have booked 2 rooms facing "Pool View", completed payment and got confirmation accordingly. However during check in they have provided rooms facing "Car Park View". Upon enquiring with back up document of booking confirmation, they informed to upgrade by paying extra cost. Then they told better to complaint Booking .Com and they can provide only rooms facing Car park view. It is not trustable for me and we accepted as have no choice after reached hotel. Hence clarify and pay me back the difference of Car park view & Pool view room cost.

Nice rustic environment

Quite run down with lack of maintenance. Some public facilities (such as the huts by the beach) are not in order and cannot be used. The whole property will be ideal if maintenance is kept up.

Picturesque

Beach view at the villa was beautiful. My children loved watching the waves. The staff also helped to promptly clean our room on day 2. I liked that they have bidets installed in every toilet. The swimming pool was nice too, and the staff were very prompt at ferrying us back and forth from the villa in a cute buggy. My daughter enjoyed the ATV ride too (but beware of mosquitos)!

Not the best breakfast. Although they were able to accommodate our request for vegetarian / vegan breakfast, they only had 2 options for us (fried rice or fried noodles) and we had to eat the same thing both days. It would have been nice to have more vegan options. Also, we were hoping to swim in the beach but it wasnt very clean. Someone was helping to clean up the trash there but seeing it definitely put us off from swimming in the sea!

Bedbugs!!! My son had tons of bites just staying there for 2 nights. And we saw cockroach, lizard and a huge spider. Yikes!!

Very good

Sleep, eat, repeat. Overall, for the price point, it was a pleasant stay and a good place to rest and recharge.

This is a great place to recharge, we like the peaceful and serene surrounding. The bed was very comfortable. We were here during the Christmas period and really enjoyed the Christmas Eve event put together by the resort. There were live food stations, live music, magic show and even fireworks. The staffs also dressed up as Santa and Santarina.

It was the monsoon season and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the compound. The selections for breakfast and at the Kelong seafood were very limited. The swimming pool water also looked a bit murky.
