1. The hotel is in a good location. It's close to several entertainment options and a fair distance from other parts of Cairo. 2. Most of the hotel staff are friendly. 3. The laundry service is good. 4. Has a spa and bar on premise.

Needs Improvement: 1. Room cleanliness: Housekeeping replaces all the sheets, towels, and consumables but they don't wipe the counters and vacuum the floors properly. 2. Room carpet: The carpet inside the room had a few very visible old stains. These stains can be removed using special cleaning products so it looks like new. No one likes to stay in a room with stained carpet. 3. Food: The food in the hotel is average and can easily be improved. Negative: At checkout the reception tried to pressure me into opening mybooking.comapp and giving the hotel a 10/10 rating on the spot. This is very unprofessional and defeats the purpose of getting reviewed by guests. It's as if the hotel would rather have fake 10/10 ratings instead of getting honest reviews and feedback from their guests so they learn how to improve the guest's experience and gain real 10/10 ratings. Hotel staff should encourage guests to give their honest opinions and ratings at their earliest convenience as opposed to pressuring them to give the highest rating on the spot while checking out especially when guests usually have a plane to catch and other more important things to worry about.

The call service for booking was very bad and most of the staff were not helpful, just you call they answer and then end the call in your face, they have poorly political and low respect and I never return to this hotel because this staff of call serves
