If you expect a visitor or guest , you will pay extra charge,even if he spend half hour at your room , this is the hotel policy as they said . Should this is 5 star hotel !!!

Great location and good value for money

Hotel is conveniently located near Taxim, only 5 minutes walk. Free car parking is a great advantage. Comfortable beds, very good breakfast with huge variety of choices. We were upgraded free of charge to a better room. Hotel also offers late check-out.

The best hotel I've stayed and the best service I've seen!

The best hotel I've stayed and the best service I've seen! Everything was excellent. From the check-in to check-out, the staff and the manager Dilek and the assistant manager Najoua have done the most to make sure we were satisfied. During our stay we've got little surprises and gifts which it's really special. The rooms are clean, tidy and luxurious, even with hamam on the bathroom. The location is close to the main square and streets. They got valet parking as well. It's rare to find this level of service and the value of hotel. A truly five star hotel. We loved our stay in Barcel, and can't think of any other better choice in Istanbul next time I'll be in this city.

This is by far the best hotel i have stayed over the world the service the staff the hospitality was par excellence . They guy at reception turgut aktas was excellent . And hanieh and simge were also very good . Definately comjng back to this hotel .
