No facilities, cold, dirty, very filthy bedsheets duvets. Kitchen cupboards was locked . Got 2 pans both were rusty.

Nothing, waste of money and time.

There is no heating, TV wasnt working, they said they have kitchen but it was in totally different building. No hair dryer.

The room was beyond our expectation for the price we paid. It felt like a hotel in a home. It was lovely and I loved every bit of my stay. We even got this free christmas treats. It is also quite close to the city center. I would recommend to anyone.

Nice and clean, but slightly cold

The instructions were clear, and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and there were complementary drinks.

The radiator was not heating properly, and the room was very cold throughout the night. The drinks were also not replenished for our second night.

We have had a problem in another accomodation so we had to book Bankwell guest house last minute. The host quickly confirmed us, was very friendly. Overall, the experience was great, we had all we needed for a 1 night stay.

The window was not closing properly but as the heating was on it was not disturbing - just might be more expensive for the guesthouse.

Location

Cold room. Three days of promises to fix the heating and nothing, freezing. Dirty room, dirty sheets with hairs, dirty and cold bathroom. TV not working, they didn't fix it. Just lies that they will take measures and nothing.
