It was in Hollywood neighborhood and close to the universal studios theme park.

The rooms werent clean enough, the vibes were stranger.

The location is very convenient and the place was good for the price

The breakfast is nothing of what we expected. There is one fruit, and only gave us pinguins. Very disappointing.

I have never stayed at Banana, I want my refund charged to my card

I didn't stay at Banana, they charged me the amount because I didn't do any check-in. When I went to Banana there was no bed available and I was still charged for 1 night and I never stayed at Banana. I want a refund of the amount charged to my credit card

The early morning employee said there was no more bed and I wasn't staying at the banana. I want a refund of the amount charged to my credit card
