Short night stay is reasonable

We booked 3 rooms, 1 bed (1 room) 2 single beds (2 rooms) but end up 1 bed 2 rooms and 2 single bed 1 room.

If you did not have the room type we requested at least give us a call or msg to customer in advance would be appreciated.

The promo pictures are outdated, but the place is a cheap place to crash

It is pretty inexpensive, and the room I stayed in had private car parking. Overall, it is a good overnight spot to just crash. Nice back porch area, since the property sits atop a hill. It is also removed from the main highway, on a narrow country road, so pretty quiet. The owner was nice and friendly, when I saw her.

It is pretty removed from the Chiang Rai tourist area, so a car, or taxi is required. Only one overhead light (that needs cleaning) in the main area, no bedside table lamp (but a beside light switch for the overhead). The bed is very hard and only somewhat passable as a bed (actually this is standard at most small Thai resorts). The backdoor needed adjusting, but functioned. The toilet is a bit on the weak side, and needed personal assistance to help get any floating items completely removed :-) .

Fair for the price.

You pay what you get. Environment is ok. Owner is very friendly and helpful. They also allow late night check in, but you need to call few more times.

Location is far from everywhere. You should prepare your own vehicle.
