    Overall experience with this hotel was great, recommend for short stay
    Great location in city center, fair price, airport tranfer free of charge, very friendly and helpful staff
    Rooms are very small but we only stayed for one night due to early flight so the hotel is fair value for money, also a little bit weird smell in the room but it was clean

    Absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel
    -Good Free transfer to airport. -Aceptable fast food in the restaurant
    Overprice for the service offered : -Room very small(paid for a superior family room but if you want the extra bed that will block the bathroom door..) -hot water was not working (thank maintenance guy came to repair ) -sheet with stains tried put a used blanket in the child bed ! -No housekeeping service done !!!!!!!so you need to call reception for paper toilet!! -Bad smell in the bathroom - Amenities some box were empty! A lot work to do with the service

    Ambiance was beautiful and location
    I think bed sheets HK never changed they reused same dirty sheets because I found pillows cover was full of makeup and bedsheet was dirty

    Regrettable and expensive for what you receive
    Staff were friendly enough and helpful. The blue lighting in the room helped provide a softer option to an otherwise bright white lighting. The bed was comfortable enough.
    - Airport pick up / drop off could have been free like other hotels - Have baby cots. They only put a foldout bed in the room not understanding that babies move. I physically had to move both the king size bed to wedge the folding bed between the wall and bed to minimise the chance of our baby falling. - the family room was small and difficilt to manage three. -room had very little natural light
